Abstract

With the current emphasis in the family question it is important to discuss some concepts underlying the systemicapproach to the family nursing care, which has in the interview with the family its main instrument . In this paper thefollowing concepts are discussed: system, human being, family, familiar health, nursing intervention, hypotheses, circularity,systemic hypothesis and neutrality. It was aimed to supply practical examples that could facilitated the understandingof the concepts, as well as its applicability.
