Abstract

The text focus in a reflection about the regional policies in the African continent, emphasizing Central Africa and Southern Africa, especially on the evolution of two regional organisms, the Economic Community of West African States – ECOWAS, and the Southern African Development Community – SADC. Among the new scenarios, it makes explicit the emergence of the Commission of the States of Guinea Gulf – GGC
