Abstract

This article deals with, in a special manner, the traditional native cultural expression and, at the same time, with the cultural expressions of the revolutionary period, trying to understand one local phenomenon in its synchronic manifestations. By facing the popular literature to the cult one, it is possible to stand out the characteristics of the popular literature in as interpretation of the popular soul of the peoples of Guinea-Bissau.
