Three new species of Sphenophyta are described from the Permian Tafoflora of the Rio Bonito Formation (Tubarão Group, Paraná Basin) from two localities of the Paraná State, Brazil: São João do Triunfo and Cambuí. They are: Sphenophyllum brasiliensis, Annularia occidentalis and A. readi. They are associated with remains of Ferns, Glossopterideae, Lycophyta, etc ..
