Biosseguridade operacional em incubatórios avícolas

Esta revisão analisa a biosseguridade operacional em incubatórios avícolas, enfatizando seu papel como ponto crítico de controle na produção moderna de aves. O trabalho integra os níveis conceitual, estrutural e operacional, abordando estratégias voltadas à prevenção da introdução e disseminação de patógenos. São discutidos o controle de pessoas e veículos, o manejo de materiais e ovos férteis, o controle de pragas, os protocolos de limpeza e desinfecção, o monitoramento microbiológico e os programas de vacinação. As evidências científicas demonstram que falhas nessas áreas aumentam a pressão de infecção, o uso de antimicrobianos e as perdas produtivas, enquanto a implementação adequada reduz a carga microbiana, limita a transmissão de doenças e assegura a segurança dos alimentos. A revisão ressalta que a eficácia da biosseguridade depende da educação contínua dos trabalhadores, da rigorosa adesão aos protocolos e da orientação técnica de médicos-veterinários avícolas, a fim de adaptar as medidas aos desafios epidemiológicos emergentes. Ao articular teoria e prática, a biosseguridade consolida-se como ferramenta indispensável para a sustentabilidade e a competitividade dos incubatórios.
