Abstract

This paper presents, from acritical perspectivethatseeks to understandand identify theconstitutive dimensionsofmodernknowledge, review of variousworks ofanthropologistsand scholarswho have developed theiractivities during thepost-revolutionary period, which lastedfrom the 1920suntilthe 1960sin Mexico, in order tomeetthe development andconstructionof anthropologyin that country, exploringthe relationsbetween the Stateand indigenous peoples, theindigenous policiesandtheanthropological paradigmsin vogue.
