Abstract

This study is an analysis of the reconversion of goods - obtained through philanthropic redistribution - which enables the resources accumulation for a housing patrimony by institutional beggars. This patrimony ensures the relative´s deep-root process, the aggregation of family generation and assistance to those who show themselves as deprived of means for financial autonomy. The reconversion shows itself as a political action possible to those who are deprived of social rights.
