Ludwig Boltzmann - theoretical pluralism - epistemological atomismAbstract
This article presents and analyses the epistemological ideas proposed by the Austrian theoretical physicist Ludwig Boltzmann. It is emphasized the two theses, which are, in our own point of view, his most important contributions: theoretical pluralism and epistemological atomism. We analyse Boltzmann's philosophical thinking putting it in the historical-epistemological context in which it was developed.Downloads
