Abstract

This article aims at demonstrates how the architectural restoration of ‘bandeirista’ houses had essential role in the building a symbolic significance of those rural dwellings, as well as the in the construction of a conceptual model and technical architectural intervention that defined the ‘bandeirista’ house as we know it today. The article will address the restorations of five houses of the municipal collection, and a privately-owned house.

Desde 1987 é arquiteta do Departamento do Patrimônio Histórico. Docente da Escola Municipal de Administração Pública de São Paulo, da Prefeitura do Município de ao Paulo desde 2014.
