Abstract

This short essay reflects upon teaching literature in night classes, in classrooms traversed by the temporality of labor and by the insufficiency of the time available for home reading. Taking into account some of the readings we did collectively, I consider the productivity of thinking about labor in the classroom alongside its unexpected apparitions.
