Abstract

This essay seeks to question a form of relationship between cinema and literature, while literature uses different procedures to language and imagery of cinema. Since we consider literary works produced by authors such as Marguerite Duras, Hubert Aquin and Marcio Souza, we detect contact zones ranging from the act of telling films to the reference to a fictional screenplay. From this point of view, the texts presented here evoke other facets of the « cinematographic machine » in its relations with literature, presenting itself as a set of texts of films projected in the book’s page.
