Abstract

The present research will investigate two poems of Afro - Brazilian women writers using as theoretical basis the concept of identity and black feminism. Research becomes of fundamental importance because it discusses black feminism and the use of language as a resource that confronts patriarchalism, sexism and the colonization of power and knowledge still the presente day.
