Política afirmativa e overeducation: uma análise para egressos da UFPB

O artigo teve como objetivo analisar a probabilidade de egressos cotistas do ensino superior estarem em situação de overeducation, utilizando a técnica de balanceamento por entropia associada ao Propensity Score Matching (PSM). A amostra consistiu em egressos da UFPB que ingressaram em 2010 e 2011, cujas informações do mercado de trabalho formal de 2018 foram utilizadas. Os resultados apontam que, para o conjunto da UFPB, a reserva de vagas não apresenta impactos significativos na probabilidade dos egressos cotistas estarem em overeducation, mas identificou-se um efeito positivo para os cotistas com salários mais elevados.
