Resumo

O objetivo deste estudo é especificar e estimar a demanda de café nos países importadores do produto. A demanda de café é estimada a vários níveis para o período de 1954 a 1970: i.) demanda mundial de importação de café verde; ii.) demanda dos E.U.A. por café torrado total e por tipo (solúvel e regular);e iii.) demanda dos E.U.A. por café verde total e por tipo (Arábico não lavado, Suaves e Robusta).
