Abstract

This article critically analyzes the "Cultural Geography and the Decolonial Turn" seminar held during the summer semester at the University of Heidelberg in Germany. The text explores the intersection of critical pedagogy, post-colonial theory, decolonial turn, and geographical interdisciplinarity, highlighting the importance of decolonial and collaborative methodologies to deconstruct dominant narratives and value knowledge from the Global South. We conclude that integrating these perspectives is essential for creating new inclusive and plural educational paradigms.
