Abstract

El foco del artículo está puesto en pensar, los alcances del emplazamiento de observatorios de derechos humanos, como política pública. Se trata de enlazar los resultados de esta práctica con las cuestiones que afectan la construcción de sujetos de derecho, al interior de una institución.
