MODELO DE REFERÊNCIA PARA O GERENCIAMENTO DO PROCESSO DE PROJETO INTEGRADO DE EDIFICAÇÕES

Abstract

Com o objetivo de sistematizar o conhecimento sobre o processo projetual na construção civil, de modo a auxiliar as empresas na estruturação e na formalização da prática do mesmo e, também, na formação de estudantes e na atualização de profissionais da área, este artigo apresenta um Modelo de Referência para o Gerenciamento do Processo de Projeto Integrado de Edificações. Este modelo inclui três macrofases e oito fases, as quais são compostas por atividades, que se decompõem em tarefas específicas, para as quais são modeladas: as entradas, as saídas, os domínios de conhecimento, os mecanismos e os controles.
