This article examines Free Fire, a popular virtual game, as a space for interaction and career development for young people. Through the application of methodologies such as biographies, life stories, and ethnobiography, it explores contemporary gamer culture. The importance of individual narratives of influencers is emphasized, as they shape their images for followers, revealing a complex interplay between the virtual persona and reality. Free Fire transcends entertainment, becoming a genuine environment for the formation of authentic identities and social interactions. With millions of daily users, the game plays a central role in solidifying and redefining current youth culture.
