The reflections made in this paper were the result of numerous questions about the need to consider the importance of fairy tales as literature, human development and education. In this sense, it is approached, at first, historical aspects of the origin and history of fairy tales. After and even briefly expounds on some fundamentals discussed between Habermas and Mead on the construction of human intersubjectivity that can be provided by fairy tales and the achievement of individuation and socialization. Finally, we address aspects from which it expects to contribute to discussions on education, centrally on the education of children in the schooling process.Downloads
