Estratégias textuais de ressignificação do sentido na tradução do texto artístico

Abstract

The paper postulates that the re-creation potential of the artistic text may become stronger, if noticed, at the work of translation, the principle that the operative linguistic unity is the text. It is substantiated that the textual unity constitutes the intersection zone suitable to the confrontation between two linguistic systems. Translation propositions are presented from five sanskrit poems pertaining to Amaruçatakam (“The century of Amaru”).
