Abstract

Following the prospect of French analysis of speech, reflect on how the constitution of the senses, from different interpretations of the law on adoption by homosexual couples and their relationships to the social events. The analysis illustrates the conflicts between the application of legal standards in the social sphere and heterogeneity of constitutive interpretation, which works on top not only the discourse of normalization, but in any event discursive.
