An intentional deconstructive project, enfranchising literary and art history from actual history, is present both in Bayard and in Didi-Huberman. There is also a comparative approach, recurring to art’s openness, to inter-, intra- or trans- discursivity, as compositive devices. All this amounts to the claim for a general rewriting of aesthetc history. In sum, aesthetic mobilities, unfinished knowledge, subjective criticism, migration and recomposition of images, survivor’s and emergent epistemology, in which the image creates an entirely new epistemic configuration, based in anachronistic puzzles and uncanny montages, unattainable to any a priori causality or chronology. Borges was a precursor in all of this. This article focuses on some of the most paradigmatic Borgean proceduresDownloads
