It aims to analyze the work Jeremias: Pele (2018), by Rafael Calça and Jefferson Costa, a graphic novel written and drawn for Maurício de Sousa Produções, from the perspective of Frantz Fanon and his way of seeing the process of racialization by which black people are challenged. In a contextualized approach to the production of the graphic novel, it is hoped to encourage readings that help us to understand how the looks at Jeremias, and from him to others, highlight racialization. For this research, we will resort to texts by Frantz Fanon, Thierry Groensteen, and Barbara Postema.
