Abstract

This article intends to investigate the interconnections of elements present in some of Jorge Furtado's productions, in the cinematographic and literary scope, examining the conversational processes generated from the connections they establish with works by William Shakespeare. For this, the analysis is structured by the mapping of interdiscursivity data, observing Shakespeare's influence and resignification in films such as Houve uma vez dois verões (2002) and in the book Trabalhos de amor perdidos (2006).
