This systematic review examines the intersections between green infrastructure (GI) and spatial justice in Latin America using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) protocol. Grounded in urban and environmental justice theories, it assesses how GI planning addresses socio-spatial inequalities. A systematic search was conducted in the Scopus, SciELO, and Web of Science databases (2015–2024), including studies in Portuguese, Spanish, and English within the fields of Urban and Environmental Studies. Out of 1,917 identified records, 22 articles were included after screening. The results reveal persistent disparities in access to green areas, with deficits in participatory governance, equitable distribution of benefits, and social inclusion. The review concludes that gaps remain in integrating GI, social participation, and critical dimensions of spatial justice, particularly in peripheral contexts, underscoring the need for urban policies responsive to Latin American dynamics.
