Abstract

The article aims to analyse some fundamental purposes of educators continued formation and relates to the initial step of the project entitled "Searching integration between school management and curriculum into scholar daily context" which occurs in public schools of Sertãozinho city (SP). Some results give evidence that these professionals can identify school problematical situations, but they can not realize critical and social considerations about these situations and they have great difficult to resolve them.
