Reflections about a per pupil costs model in brazilian primary education

This paper aims to stablish the level of public resources per pupil of brazilian primary school, guaranted by the three government's level and education salary tax, according the Federal Constitution. Next, the kind of instruction these resources may allow is evaluated. Finally, some considerations are made about the costs of school lunch.Downloads
