Reflecting about the pupil-teacher relationship - group of teachers of Elementary School

Starting from Donald Schön's conceptions about the teachers' formation as practical reflective practitioner, the principle of small groups work based on J. L. Moreno conceptions they were used with the objective of facilitating the reflection process on its practices of classroom, with six teachers of the Elementary School. Nine encounters were accomplished of 90 to 120 minutes of duration. In the discussions, the most problematic students' cases with relationship to its behavior, they were brought by the teachers and analyzed by the group the light of the conceptions of the Pragmatic of the Human Communication. As a result of these discussions, the teachers were taken it they consider the most latent aspects, and therefore significant, of its relationships with the students. These reflections drove to «re-signification» of these relationships, with surprising effects about the students' behaviors.Downloads
