Correlaciones entre Competencias Socioemocionales, Adaptabilidad de Carrera y Empleabilidad

Resumen

Los cambios en el mundo laboral contemporáneo exigen que los trabajadores desarrollen competencias socioemocionales, adaptabilidad profesional y empleabilidad. La literatura muestra la existencia de relaciones entre dos de las tres variables. El objetivo de este estudio fue verificar las posibles correlaciones entre las competencias socioemocionales, adaptabilidad de carrera y empleabilidad en estudiantes universitarios. La muestra consistió en 273 estudiantes en prácticas de enseñanza superior (de 18-54 años, media 25). Los datos se recogieron en línea a través de Google Forms , utilizando cuatro instrumentos: Instrumento de Evaluación de Competencias Socioemocionales (Senna 2.0); Escala de Autopercepción de Empleabilidad; Escala de Adaptabilidad Profesional; y Cuestionario de Identificación. En general, se observaron correlaciones significativas y positivas entre las competencias socioemocionales, la adaptabilidad profesional y la empleabilidad, con la excepción de la amistad y la autogestión, el compromiso con los demás y la regulación emocional, el mantenimiento del empleo actual y la amistad y la autogestión. Los resultados traen implicaciones relevantes para la investigación y la orientación profesional.
