Relación entre Adaptabilidad y Acciones de Rediseño del Trabajo

Resumen

Las relaciones laborales han sufrido importantes transformaciones, dando lugar a una dinámica diferente en cuanto a la trayectoria profesional de las personas. Neste estudio se analizó en qué medida las características personales (las cuatro dimensiones de la adaptabilidad a la carrera) explican el rediseño del trabajo (acciones proactivas por parte del individuo) y si existe algún aspecto específico con mayor impacto en esta relación. Participaron 299 trabajadores, que repondieron cuestionario sociodemográfico, Escala de Adaptabilidad a la Carrera y Escala de Rediseño del Trabajo. Hubo una fuerte asociación entre preocupación, control, curiosidad, confianza, rediseño de relaciones, rediseño de tareas y reformulación cognitiva. Todas las relaciones fueron positivas, pero la curiosidad se destacó como el factor que más influyó en el rediseño del trabajo. El estudio contribuye a la comprensión de las íntimas relaciones entre la adaptabilidad de la carrera y las tres formas de rediseño del trabajo.
