Preditores de Engajamento no Trabalho: Liderança, Job Crafting e Restauro

O modelo JD-R compreende demandas e recursos que o trabalho oferece ao colaborador. Este estudo possui como foco as demandas e os recursos do trabalho em contexto de mudança organizacional, em vista do engajamento no trabalho dos colaboradores neste contexto de mudança. Como objetivo testou um modelo para verificar se comportamento do líder, restauro e job crafting predizem engajamento, além de verificar mediação de restauro. Participaram 251 colaboradores. Os instrumentos utilizados foram o Inventário de Comportamento do Líder na Mudança, Job crafting , Escala de Experiências de Restauro, Engajamento - UWES. Foi realizada análise de dados descritivos e modelagem de equação estrutural. Os resultados demonstram que há predição entre comportamento do líder e job crafting para engajamento no trabalho e que restauro mediou a relação entre comportamento do líder e engajamento. Assim, a pesquisa apresenta contribuições para as temáticas envolvidas, principalmente para engajamento no trabalho em contexto de mudança organizacional.
