Gestão Documental em Empresas Juniores: um desafio constante

Abstract

It presents record management and archival functions in the context of junior enterprises. These organizations have high staff turnover, which leads to difficulties in managing information resources and building a knowledge base that lasts with each change of company board, thus compromising organizational memory. The qualitative approach study, with an exploratory and descriptive objective, presents the experiences related to the record management of two junior enterprises of different profiles, dealing more closely with the archival functions of production, classification, description and dissemination. The data obtained demonstrate that, regardless of the higher education institution, the size of the company, the time of existence, or even the geographic location and the respective State Federation of Junior Enterprises to which they are associated, junior enterprises have repeated challenges, as well as solutions that can be shared and replicated or adapted, not only by companies of the same profile, but also by other types of organization.
