Abstract

This research is located in the field of the so-called “open science”, contextualized in Information Science, emphasizing open data in the public sphere, focusing on the municipal public sphere of São Paulo whose objective is to propose a model for open data engineering for the City of São Paulo. The research will have a qualitative approach, using the method of multiple case studies, triangulated with the documentary webgraphic analysis and, when necessary and possible, bibliographic, from the federal, state and municipal sites, with emphasis on the city of São Paulo and the Government of the São Paulo State. It is expected that the research will result in a relevant and concrete contribution to the city of São Paulo, with the proposition of a reengineering of open data based on the tripod: data feed, access and applicability, less vulnerable  to political management changes.
