Ações educativo-culturais em arquivos de Portugal

Abstract

This work aims to expose the second stage of the research, now in progress, initiated in the PIBIC/CNPq 2019/2020 quota, followed by 2020/2021, whose objective is to elaborate a theoretical methodological proposal of educational and cultural actions to the Community of Countries of Portuguese language -CPLP. After surveying the actions in the Brazilian archives, the second phase seeks to address the following questioning: Are there educational-cultural actions in the archives of Portugal? The research was carried out through the websites of the 18 District Archives of Portugal, the websites and social networks of the CPLP member countries and the website and social media of the Archive of Loulé. It is interpretive research, qualitative, exploratory and descriptive. The initiatives that have been carried out within the context of the archives of these institutions were analyzed and the way in which they have sought to disseminate these actions through the internet, as this tool provides visibility worldwide, especially in the midst of the COVID -19 pandemic. It is concluded that, to solve these difficulties, a new perception of the archive is necessary, as well as a structuring of the sites to disseminate actions performed so that the user has access to information in a dynamic and playful way, regardless of which part of the world is accessing. Regarding the CPLP member countries, the data reveal that 3 countries do not have an institutional website or social networks of their archives for the dissemination of their actions on the internet. In this perspective, it was noticed that the actions developed in the Archive of the Municipality of Loulé that make up the District of Faro, proved to be effective in a Pandemic context.
