In relation to the environment changes organizations can assume traditional, transitional and pro-active behaviors. These organizational behaviors produce interactive implications with the people which belong to the organizations and therefore they recquire knowledges on the problem of adhesion-resistance behaviors to changes. The adhesion-resistance behavior can be originated from the group or from the person. The first one is a manifested result of a balance of personal and situational factors. The personal factors can be considered at the level of the individual personahty or at the level of the inidividual hierarchical need satisfaction. The situational factors represent forces that originate from the social system that operate in person. Also, indirectly, time, leader, group and individual perceptions afect the nature and the configuration of the innovation or change. So the proposed model presents the end behavior of people as varying in a adhesion-resistance espectrum.
