Abstract

This article proposes a presentation of communication strategies used in na extension projecta imedtodis close the actions of the Programa Nacional de Acesso ao Ensino Técnico e Emprego, in São Borja, Rio Grande do Sul. Actions employed in this extension project were designed to understand the results of the communication strategies used to convince people to enroll in the Pronatec courses. We base the article on concepts of Coverage and Public Opinion and it is methodologically grounded in reviews. Finally, we conclude that, through the work of the press office, scheduling issues in mass media communication detected it was possible to achieve the proposed objectives, increasing the demand for and take the population in the courses offered by Pronatec in the city
