Abstract

The present report aims to describe the actions carried out in two projects developed at the School of Arts, Sciences and Humanities of the University of São Paulo. Both have in common the fact of being based on gymnastics activities, although they are different practices. The project "Gymnastics for All at EACH" proposed, among other things, to disseminate the practice of this modality for the internal community of the unit, besides being constituted as an option of physical activity for the group, formed primarily by undergraduated students of the various courses of the unit. On the other hand, the project "Labor Gymnastics for EACH employees" has promoted during its three years of existence, a great variety of activities for this specific group. In addition to being a community service, the projects described here also constituted an important training space, enriching the academic experiences of the monitors involved.
