Abstract

The A emphasires the problem of shortage of nursing personnel in Brasil, and precariousness of sub-system responsible for its preparation. Calls attention to the fach that their problem should be frequently discurred taking in to consideration the purposes and recommendations of the Decennial Health Plan for the Americas 1971—1980.
