The study was developed in a surgical clinic of a public-university hospital where, among the offered therapeutic modalities, they are accomplished, also, liver transplants. In that clinic they are interned patient that, need caring of nurs ing of different complexities, from the intermediate from to the intensive ones. The objective was to compare the staff nursing existents in the unit for the installment of nursing attendance with the preconized for the Resolution COFEN nº 189/96. It's conclude that the existent staff nursing respects the preconized for this Resolution.Downloads
