Softwares em ginecologia e obstetrícia: uma revisão integrativa da literatura

Resumo

Introdução: Aplicativos móveis têm um impacto significativo na saúde feminina. Objetivo: Explorar os diferentes aplicativos disponíveis e suas respectivas contribuições. Metodologia: Revisão de literatura realizada nas bases de dados Pubmed, Scielo e BVS, buscando por publicações entre 2017-2022, com descritores “aplicativos”, “ciclo menstrual”, "contracepção" e “gravidez”, e operador booleano AND. Resultados: Foram identificados 402 estudos, 32 duplicados, resultando em 370 artigos. Após a exclusão de 140 artigos pelo título e resumo, 230 foram avaliados na íntegra, sendo 63 incluídos nesta revisão. A pesquisa destacou a importância dos aplicativos nas diferentes fases da vida da mulher, com benefícios em todas elas. Evidenciou-se melhora de problemas relacionados com o planejamento familiar, seja para evitar quanto para promover a concepção, além de facilidades no monitoramento e seguimento da gestação. Conclusão: Softwares em ginecologia e obstetrícia apresentam grande relevância na vida das usuárias, principalmente no contexto do planejamento familiar. Além disso, ressalta-se a autonomia e o autoconhecimento adquiridos pelas usuárias dos aplicativos para contracepção, ciclo menstrual e gestação, com mais liberdade para decidir e controlar o desejo ou não de engravidar.
