As a consequence to the development of new drugs and a pharmaceutical agents for diagnosis of human diseases, the number of adverse reactions to the drugs has alsoincreased, resulting increased morbility and mortalities. Without doubt, drugs are responsible for most of the iatrogenic reactions. Fortunatly, most of these reactions are not severe, on theother hand, is often impossible to predict if drug will lead to any adverse reaction in a given patient. In this paper, the authors discuss epidemiology, classification, sensitization and clinical characteristics of adverse drugs reactions. We also discuss the imunologic mechamins leadingto these reactions, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of them.Downloads
