Case report of a 62 years old man diagnosed by anatomopathology with primary lung and rectal cancer. The patient had a long-term exposition to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (coke fuel). It was concluded, after literature review, that multiple primary malignancies are not as unusual as imagined, and that secondary lesions in cancer patients should only be labelled as a metastasis only after detailed evaluation.Downloads
