Psoriasis is a systemic and inflammatory disease that comes up with varied intensities, and is related to a great physical and psychological impact. In moderate to severe cases of the disease, the use of immunobiologicals is the therapy of choice since the traditional treatment does not present satisfactory results. However, as the use of these drugs is relatively recent in this disease, due to side effects not yet fully clarified and high cost, its use is cautiously recommended only by experts. In order to study the adverse effects of the immunobiologicals (Etanercept, Adalimumab, Infliximab, Efalizumab e Ustekinumab) an integrative review of the literature was carried out, in which 5 of the 66 articles obtained were selected, after adjusting for inclusion and exclusion criteria. After analyzing the data, it was concluded that it should be used with caution and following the national and international protocols, due to the wide variety of adverse effects found.
