Since the 1950’s, scientific works shows that the emotions are something concrete and express it selves through alterations in the body fisiology. Each emotion has muscular, behavior and biochemical components, and a survival function. They act as events that informs and estimulates the body to liberate certain substancies, as the catecholamines, the adrenalineor the noradrenalines, but the brain does not know the differences between a real or a simbolic stimulus. The psychology must understand the kind of information that is being diffuse throughout the body. Real is understood as an absolute event that gerenates immediate defenses reactions. The virtuals mimulus, however, is a consequence of previous individual experiences that generates automatic informations. Fear, for example, can be derived from an internal thought, but will unchain a hole body response process. It is in the micro-traumas — the “silent agressions” of the current and trivial facts, repetitive and padronized, that generates inappropriate body responses —, in it’s frequence, intensity and duration, that are found the biggest causes for the stress. Change this information could chance the way that the body Works, because frequent alterations can produce structural unstability. The emotion must be solved and the circuit beclosed to the body be able to perform adequately and to produce substancies correctly. Emocional cicles non-resolutes will result em biochemical unbalance and new behaviors performed to obtain chemical substancies that must be replaced in the organism.Downloads
