Bone and soft tissue sarcomas are very rare corresponding to less them 2% of all neoplasies. The early diagnosis is important in terms of prognostic factor but usually there is adelay of 6 month in our country. The acute Osteomyelitis is the main differential diagnosis as affects also the same age group (15-25 years) and localization (around the knee).Downloads
