The brain sulci constitute the fundamental anatomical delimiting landmarks of the cerebral gyri and the main surgical corridors of modern microneurosurgery, and should be understood together with the gyri particularly regarding their basic configurations in the constitution of the cerebral hemispheres. Stereoscopic anaglyphic images illustrate the text to enhance the visualization of the tridimensionality of these brain structures.Downloads
