Abstract

The importance of new access tools, as databasis in full text, avaliable in the “Serviço de Biblioteca e Documentação da Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de São Paulo-SMD-FMUSP”, are reported with their respective accessing e-mail adresses. These informations are considered essential for teaching, research and extention activities in the medical area. The efforts and actions of this Library and Faculty with the objective to look for partnerships including other Institutions are also reported. These partnerships are essential for the Library to reach its mission making widely available these informations for its users, locally or in a remote manner.
