Physiopatology of the muscle-skeletal pain. Muscke-skeltal pain is very frequently in all age groups. Muscles, fáscias, ligaments, tendons, enteses, periosteo, and bursas, are richely innervatade. Peripheral a central mecanims are involved in the generation of seins resulting from inflammatory, truamautic, tumoral, ischeamic and functional muscle-skeletal abnormalities. Among the those conditions the mayofascial pain syndrome is one most prevalents. Many theories were presented explain its ocurrence, all stressing the importance of the physical or mentol stresses in the generation of this pain conditions. The knowledge of the physiopathology is necessary for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pain.
