Abstract

This paper concerns the relationships between the university and the public schools in Brazil. It presents a summary of an alternative experience in wich the author and some undergraduate students have been working since 1984 within a program of the National Department of Education (MEC/SESU). Although referring to an experience in the Linguistic and Literary field this paper could be true and useful in other fields like Social Studies, Mathematics, Arts or Sciences.
