Abstract

This article ponders the body on the play PROJETO bRASIL, by companhia brasileira de teatro, based on the idea that the manifestation and the performing dramaturgy of these bodies can be seen as a reflection of the contradictions of the state of exception in Brazilian history, conceived as a body that has reached its end, for which we are in mourning. It is understood that the body in PROJETO bRASIL is the subject and also the mourning target, a social body in state of disorder and suspension, but which is, contradictorily, engaged in a critical reflection regarding its own failure, considering an utopian possibility for after the end.
